Absolutely cherished it because it was once really easy to make use of. However after three months cheap use the handle in fact broke the glass as I was seeking to hand dry the jug. I truly am dissatisfied with this product. It will now not be as robust as my old Tefal Coffee maker. The glass in the coffee pot could be very thin. The filter appears to be very flimsy and the handle on the filter preserves coming off. The lid best opens 90 degrees with an extraordinarily slim apperture to fill the reservoir with water, I in finding this very tough. Now after only 1 months use it has damaged down. The gentles come on, but does not heat up. I even have been told by Salterns that I have to pay the postage to send it again to be repaired.
